Estate Audit Order Terms
Innovective Ltd
Last updated: 22 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-22.2
These terms apply when a business orders an Estate Audit from us online. They are the terms shown on the order form and accepted when the order is placed, and they sit alongside our Terms and Conditions. Each order records the version its buyer accepted.
1. Scope
One Estate Audit for the company named on this order: a vendor and contract register, a systems inventory, an access and key-person risk register, ranked findings, a sequenced remediation plan, and one walkthrough session. Fixed length of 3-4 weeks from kick-off, provided we get the access and interviews we ask for in week 1.
2. Price
A fixed fee, set out on the payment request. 50% is payable as a deposit before kick-off; the balance is invoiced on delivery of the registers and plan and is due within 14 days.
3. Payment request
The deposit payment request is not an invoice. It stays open for 30 days; if no deposit arrives by then the order lapses and nothing is owed. An invoice is issued when payment is received.
4. Kick-off
Work starts once the deposit has cleared and you have been invited to the client portal, where the audit is run and delivered.
5. Size
The fixed price covers a single-country company of up to 500 people. If the estate turns out materially larger than described on this order, we will say so before going further and you can cancel with the deposit refunded in full, less any work already delivered.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel before kick-off for a full refund of the deposit. After kick-off the deposit is non-refundable.
7. General
Everything else is governed by our Terms and Conditions (/about/terms-and-conditions), which form part of this order.
