Testimonial and Marketing Release

Innovective Ltd

Last updated: 19 October 2026

We never name a client, show their logo or publish their words or work without their permission. This release sets out the terms on which that permission is given, one item at a time, and how it can be withdrawn.

1. What This Release Covers

1.1 This release is between Innovective Ltd ("Innovective", "we"), the organisation we work with (the "Client") and, where it concerns them personally, the individual giving a testimonial (the "Contributor"). It covers any of the following that is approved under it (each an "Item"):

  • a testimonial, quote, review or rating, with the Contributor's name, job title and photograph if approved;
  • a case study, or a portfolio entry describing or showing work we did for the Client, including screenshots;
  • the Client's name and logo, for example in a list of clients; and
  • a video, recording or other material featuring the Client or a Contributor.

1.2 Nothing is published without approval. Until an Item is approved under this release, the fact that we work with the Client and everything about that work remain confidential under our Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Terms.

2. How Permission Is Given

2.1 Permission is given for each Item separately, by approving that Item through the client portal or in writing (including by email). Approving one Item does not approve any other.

2.2 The Client's name, logo and work may be approved only by someone authorised to act for the Client. A Contributor's name, job title, photograph and words need the Contributor's own approval as well.

2.3 We record each approval, and the Item as approved, against the Client in the portal.

3. What We May Do With an Approved Item

3.1 The Client and the Contributor each grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce and publish the approved Item, unchanged except as 3.2 allows, on:

  • our website and client portal;
  • our social media accounts and newsletter;
  • our proposals, pitches, presentations and award entries; and
  • any other marketing material, in print or online, unless the approval excludes it.

3.2 We may shorten an Item, correct its spelling and grammar, and fit it to a format, but we will not change its meaning, and we will ask for a new approval before making any other change. We will never present an Item as saying something it does not say.

3.3 A case study is shown to the Client in its final form before it is published, and we will not include confidential, commercially sensitive or security-related details unless the Client specifically approves them.

3.4 We are not obliged to publish any Item, and no fee or other payment is due for one. If we ever give anything in return for a testimonial, we will say so wherever it is published.

4. Genuine Testimonials

4.1 We publish only genuine testimonials from people who worked with us. By approving a testimonial the Contributor confirms that it is their honest opinion of our work, and the Client confirms that the Contributor may give it.

5. Withdrawing Permission

5.1 The Client, or a Contributor for their own name, words and image, may withdraw permission for an Item at any time, through the portal or by writing to [email protected], without giving a reason.

5.2 Within 30 days of a withdrawal we will:

  • remove the Item from our website and client portal;
  • remove or archive it on our own social media accounts, where the platform allows; and
  • stop using it in any new material.

5.3 We are not required to recall printed material already distributed, proposals already sent, or copies that other people have shared or archived and that we do not control.

5.4 If a Contributor leaves the Client, their testimonial may stay published with the job title they held when they gave it, unless they or the Client withdraw it.

6. Personal Data, Duration and Law

6.1 A Contributor's name, job title, photograph and words are personal data, processed on the basis of their consent as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.2 Permission for an approved Item continues until it is withdrawn, including after our work with the Client ends.

6.3 This release forms part of our Terms and Conditions. It is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
