AI Agents are powerful tools, can they become true team members? Widespread adoption of AI tools and rapid development of new agents has had the biggest impact on teams since Covid forced everyone into lockdown. Some argue that AI agents will fundamentally change what a team is and we will see blended human-agent teams.
